The Story Behind Resolute Supplements: Clean, Family-Owned Sports Nutrition
Resolute Supplements was co-founded by Devan Godfrey, a two-time US Rowing Youth National Champion, and his family. What began as a solution to fuel Devan’s own training quickly grew into a mission to create clean, effective supplements for athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts alike.
Devan Godfrey, is a 2x US Rowing Youth National Champion, but his journey wasn’t a straight path to gold medals. In 2021, Devan placed 8th at the US Rowing Youth National Championships. For most athletes, that might have been a good result — but for Devan, it wasn’t enough.
That result became his turning point. For the next 12 months, he trained with relentless focus and refusing to let setbacks define him. In 2022, that hard work paid off when he claimed the Youth National Champion title — and then did it again in 2023.
That spirit of resilience and discipline is what the word Resolute means: determined, unwavering, and purposeful. It’s the same mindset that built our company.
Why We Started Resolute Supplements
As an elite athlete, Devan struggled to find a pre-workout that met his standards — one that was clean, effective, and free from the downsides he’d experienced with other products: jitters, crashes, digestive discomfort, and artificial fillers.
Instead of settling for “good enough,” Devan and his family set out to create something better. Our goal was simple: develop a clean, powerful supplement line that supports not just high-performance athletes, but anyone committed to improving their health and fitness.
